3.3F – How to design ultra-stable temperature independent bias circuits

This lesson shows how to eliminate the bandgap curvature effect and design bandgap circuits that approach a temperature coefficient of 1ppm/°C over a reasonably wide temperature range. The increased accuracy places strong demands on the current mirrors and architecture selection. This lesson is the same as Lesson 3 in Module 3 of the Professional Courses.
